How does the ordering and payment process work?
On Continum Times Company, you do not pay directly with a credit card online. You submit your purchase inquiry to reserve the timepiece. An advisor checks that the watch is still available and contacts you by WhatsApp or email to arrange payment by wire transfer, or a showroom appointment.
How do you guarantee authenticity?
We check the serial number, the movement, the case and bezel, and whatever papers come with the watch. Anything we cannot authenticate does not get listed.
Can I pay in my local currency?
Prices are held in USD and converted for display based on where you are. Your advisor will confirm the exact figure in your currency before you pay.
How is shipping handled?
All orders are shipped with full insurance coverage via priority courier (FedEx / Ferrari Express / Malca-Amit) requiring an adult signature upon delivery.
Can I sell or trade my existing watch?
Yes. Use our "Sell / Trade" page to submit photos and details of your watch. We usually come back with an offer within a day.
